Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Bhama Studio – made for the mellow days.
Every piece is printed, packed, and shipped with care. As a small, independent studio, I currently do not offer return or refunds for change of mind or for reasons unrelated to product quality.

However, your experience truly matters to me, and I will always do my best to help if something goes wrong.

🌿 No Refunds for Change of Mind

All purchases are final sale.
I do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Colour/size preference changes
Delays caused by courier or postal services

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with the video of unboxing.

Please include:

Your Order ID
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your request, I will offer a replacement or the most suitable solution.
(Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.)

🌿 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the order is shipped using India Post, tracking updates and delivery timelines depend on their system.
Refunds cannot be provided for:

Delays due to courier logistics
Slow tracking updates
Packages marked “delivered” by India Post but not received (in this case, I can help raise a complaint)

I will support you as much as possible with tracking assistance or by contacting the courier if needed.

🌿 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as printing or packing has not started.
After this window, cancellations are not possible.
